"I used to love target and had a fine customer experience but this target specifically has gone tragically downhill. With the staff all being teens who are rude and in a rush, I feel like I am practically getting run over by them when entering the store, and always in THEIR way when I am the customer. The absolute last staw when it comes to the target on Parkside is that I have never once (in the past 2+ years) had a pleasant experience in the bathroom. Every single time, the toilets are disgusting and do not flush. Rarely do the sinks/soap dispensers actually work, and the floors are always wet and covered in trash. With target having the facade of a high class experience, this place is such a let down."
"The worst customer service ever! I called this place 6 times on New Years Eve 2023 with a simple question about my order. The woman picked up the phone and immediately kept hanging up. I never leave unwarranted bad reviews but we had 6 items that needed picked up and I wanted to ask if we still could tonight."
"They have a large selection of everything with decent prices. The store is a little disorganized and hard to follow but not terrible. It would be nice if all Targets were laid out the same but this is not like the one we usually go to."
