"Do not bring your items here to be framed if you care what it is or what the product looks like. Took 6 weeks without any communication after multiple calls to wonder where my items were for me to stop by in person to learn 1 of 2 items were ready. The other item was a $400 vintage concert poster that was cut lopsided and is completely damaged. The metal “frame” was also damaged & had puddy material all in the corners as this is acceptable work by their place of business. When confronted with issues, employees didn’t think it was a big deal that the poster was damaged or to call a customer to say if there was any issues with framing. Got my refund but my possession is completely ruined."
"I visited the new store for the first time over the weekend. I was blown away by the size, selection, and overall layout of the store. There is a work area with machines available to rent, and there is also an area for kids to color. Each section is well organized and had a good variety of items. I even saw some new items I had not seen before that I plan to research. The staff was friendly and checkout was efficient. I look forward to another visit."
"Wow! I was so impressed with the new store! It’s so clean, well put together and fun! They have large sections for each type of crafting and then tables where you can learn to or work on a project. They now offer classes in the building and they have a great area for kids to color (it’s surrounded by toys, watch out parents!) There are tons of kid friendly projects you can take home too. Everything is easy to find if you can’t find an associate but everyone was more than happy to help while I shopped. More trips coming soon!"
