“I got referred here to see Jenny for Hydrotherapy after struggling to recover from bilateral hip replacements. I have had a phobia of pools/swimming/water since I was fairly young due to the fact that I can't swim or float because of my disability however Jenny was extremely kind, understanding and gentle about getting me used to the water and made sure I was comfortable while we figured out the best way to work around my limitations. She managed to find the perfect floatation device for me and I now feel comfortable in the pool doing exercises. I've been able to build up both my confidence and strength. I feel extremely grateful that I found Jenny, she's an amazing physio and I don't think I could've found a better match and as the owner of the practice the rest of the team reflect her positivity, understanding and kindness. “Myself and my 2 daughter abosutely love Jump swim school. The lessons are amazing and nice and small amount of children. Its a beautiful swim centre with the most amazingly friendly staff and teachers that are always there to lend a helping hand when needed. Love the amazinf reception staff there to always friendly, polite, helpful and funny. My kids enjoy it so much. Honestly if your looking for thay special swimming place JUMP is the place to be”

“Yesterday afternoon both my Polaris Booster Pump and my salt water chlorinator decided their time was up. Today (28 December 2022) I contacted a number of retailers to see if they could assist. Without doubt Pool and Spa Warehouse provided the best response in timeliness, efficiency and price. There is no doubt that their competitors are not as customer focused. I went into the Kirrawee store at 10 am and by 2 pm the booster pump and chlorinator has been supplied and fitted (at what I consider to be a very fair price). As life gets busy and we see ourselves being completely time poor it was a big selling point to have them be able to include everything from the pool, concreting and tiling as well as recommend options for fencing.
