“I have been a patient of Alan for 5+ years now and can safely say he is the most knowledgeable physio I have ever used. Whether its diagnosis, treatment or a recovery plan, Alan explains everything in a manner which is friendly, super informative and easy to understand. During my time with Alan he has treated a plethora of injuries (shoulder, knee, spine) which has enabled me to return to training safely and pain free. He has also relieved my chronic neck pain when I was told my only option was surgery. Honestly can't recommend him enough.....excellent physio.”

“PELC has been an absolute game changer for my family. After having a bad experience with a previous daycare, PELC have truly been our saviours!
