“Patrina took such great care of my cat. He was so nervous going into his first time away from home but Patrina earned his trust and had him going to her for smooches in no time. She kept me updated with pictures every day. The room was great it was comfortable and decked out with cats in mind. The outdoor enclosed window seat was a favourite.”

“Claire looked after our boy Chico for a week while we were on holidays. She came and took him for a walk every day, played with him, cuddled him and fed him. He loved Claire, and still gets excited when he sees her. Claire sent us a number of updates, with photos and videos of our happy, smiley boy while they were out for a walk and playing in the backyard. Claire is very kind and approachable, and showed a lot of love to Chico. We can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Claire for taking such great care of our boy.”

“Could not recommend a more professional, caring and meticulous groomer for our 3 year old Australian Shepherd. I have started to have our dog groomed at Comb and Collar every 4-6 weeks now for our big, VERY high maintenance double coated Aussie. I have been to several other groomers in the Penrith/Blue Mountains area but have been the most impressed with the quality of grooming done by Victoria.”

“We had our big girl Shelby stay for a week due to us having to travel for work. We paid the extra to have her gain some obedience training as she is a large, strong and sometimes stubborn pup. The week of training totally transformed her behavior walking on lead to the point where she is far more compliant and manageable. Very happy.”

The location was great as it was close to all the things we were wanting to do while there.
