“I went in today with my two boys for last minute school shoes, and like the other three shoe shops we'd visited, this store was overflowing with parents doing the same. However, the service we received here was a hundred times better than the others we'd been to. Despite the crowds and the pressure, Kelly who served us was lovely, very thorough with fitting the boys, and went so far as to track down a pair of shoes we were after at another branch, arranging for a transfer so that we can pick them up before school starts next week. She pulled lots of different shoes for the both of us and explained the different benefits and downsides of each shoes in relation to our various injuries and sporting needs. Whatever she is being paid she needs to be paid more, the BEST customer experience I have ever had.
