“I went in today with my two boys for last minute school shoes, and like the other three shoe shops we'd visited, this store was overflowing with parents doing the same. However, the service we received here was a hundred times better than the others we'd been to. Despite the crowds and the pressure, Kelly who served us was lovely, very thorough with fitting the boys, and went so far as to track down a pair of shoes we were after at another branch, arranging for a transfer so that we can pick them up before school starts next week. It's refreshing to have a positive shopping experience; thanks so much Kelly!”

“My mum and I went in looking for recommendations for our different needs of shoes. We were greeted by a very lovely and warm girl named Annalise who was very smiley and so so helpful. She pulled lots of different shoes for the both of us and explained the different benefits and downsides of each shoes in relation to our various injuries and sporting needs. Whatever she is being paid she needs to be paid more, the BEST customer experience I have ever had. I would recommend athletes foot at Miranda to all of my friends solely off this wonderful experience. My mum and I both left happy with a pair of shoes each and some socks to match! “A well presented Myer store. All departments are well kept, lots of product choice and most importantly, a lot of the check out stations have workers there - which I understand for a while has been a pain point for similar stores. I love coming to this Myer at Christmas time, though it could do with a bigger area dedicated to it, or just a bit more space where the decorations are kept. It feels cramped. Other times of the year, it's great. No complaints! A lift is in store for your convenience, as well as escalators. Always lots of sales which is welcomed.”
