“I have been using Paul's services for several years. It works on Saturdays - unlike the other stations nearby. The service is good, and very good value for money. The location has plenty of parking, and the workshop is not overly busy. A few days of notice before coming is generally required. Also I like the fact that it is situated not far from Normanhust train station, so I can leave my car and walk there. There are few buses stopping nearby as well - going to Hornsby train station. “Fantastic and exceptional service by Tyrepower Hornsby. Had a tyre puncture and the receptionist was very thoughtful and managed to schedule my car immediately. The team at Hornsby looked at all tyres to be thorough. They were able to remove the nail in my tyre and advised that as the tyre wasn't damaged, there was no charge or cost for their service. They kept the work on record for future reference. Lovely and caring team at Hornsby. Felt very welcomed and I highly recommend their services. Tyrepower Hornsby will always be my first choice.”

“Absolutely wonderful service. Fast turnarounds, always friendly and available to answer questions, and most importantly - very comprehensive and professional service. I've been taking all my cars here since we moved to the area, and I always prefer independent servicing to dealer servicing - not because of the price but because of the quality and attention to detail, something a dealer simply cannot match. MH Autocare are no exception. Even though it wasn't their specialty, Matt and his team even managed to troubleshoot and fix a complex issue with our Land Rover Discovery that other mechanics and the dealer mechanic were unable to fix. Even though the car was under warranty, I paid Matt to fix it because he was the only person who could actually solve the problem and get the car back on the road. Our VW and BMW are both older cars with some fairly specific knowledge needed to look after them, and MH are always quick to identify and troubleshoot any servicing requirements. Highly recommended.”

“Took my car there to have some drive noises looked into, they were quick, well mannered, took the time to explained the steps of their assessmen. No charge, and asked me to get back to them on the result which was some I have never been asked to do by a mechanic before. In the end I took their suggested course of action have since been rid of the noises.”

“I am so impressed with Kostya and Daniel. They are really excellent mechanics who are lovely to deal with and, I can tell, take great pride in their work. They don't jump to conclusions for the sake of time but are careful with their diagnostics and happy to explain/discuss their reasoning if needed. Natasha in the office is also great to deal with. She is really helpful and "on the ball" with what is happening in the shop. Long version: I do most of my own work and we have 5 cars in the immediate family. I need a great mechanic when I don't have the equipment, space, time or experience/expertise to do a particular job. I have pretty exacting standards and expect that if I am going to pay to get something done then it has to be done better than I can do it myself! I also check any work that has been done. These guys were (highly )recommended to me by a mate. They replaced the clutch and flywheel and associated components in my Land Cruiser and it now drives like it should and I could not be happier with their work.”

“Our car battery died after we had filled up with petrol at the BP service station at Thornleigh. We called the NRMA but the wait was going to be 90 minutes so my wife went next door to EK Automotive and told Ferris about our problem and he said he could help us. He got us started so we could drive around to his workshop where he replaced the battery, cleaned up all the wiring, checked our oil and filled up the washer fluid. Such a lovely and helpful man and we are now going to take our car to EK Automotive for future services as we were not happy with our last Toyota service.”
