“The Bay Apartments is very good, especially Kate , who was wonderful, but the apartment's furniture was worn out and has some damage, which made me report it to the office. So, that they don't think I'm the one who caused this damage. Also, the deposit value is very high for a tourist compared to other offices that take 150 pounds.”

“Great place to live, near the mall, by the river and very quiet. Parking might be a bit confusing at times... Maintenance is reasonable, and I like the view from the 3rd floor; it could be even better if I was facing the river. Easy to access everywhere and I feel safer than in downtown, but not as isolated as I could feel in Mubles for instance. It´s really a modern way to live, very much like american condos.”

“The most amazing place! The owners are so kind and welcoming and provided bread, milk and cake free of charge to get us started. The apartments themselves are spacious, very clean and comfortable, and have everything you need to self cater including a microwave oven, hobs, a kettle, toaster and plates/cutlery. The location is great, so close to multiple waterfalls that you can walk there. It's the room you want to come back to after a long day out in beautiful Wales :) would 10/10 recommend. Also, they have great COVID precautions in place so you feel very safe while there!”
