“Ignore the negative comments, these are from people expecting a free ride and to live in a palace for nothing. They live in a tip as they dont look after their home so No Tai Tarian will not spend money refurbishing your home when people do not look after it and 2 months later it looks like a war zone again. Tai Tarian have been fantastic to me. If you build up a good relationship, keep your rent account in the black and look after your home inside and out then it all goes in your favour of them going that extra mile to help you when you need them. It's not too much for them to ask for tenants to keep gardens tidy and well kept and buildings looked after and kept clean. I have always found the team polite, friendly and supportive. I have had an awful lot of work carried out both inside and out of my home for which I am very grateful for. I love my home and have no intention of moving from it.”
