All of the team were welcoming and were so patient in helping us to get baby to move around for some photos! Had a sneak peek at a 4D scan too which was perfect and also purchased a heartbeat teddy which I listen to everyday❤️ will definitely be returning again, can’t wait! Thank you to all the staff ❤️❤️”

“Really impressed with this new co op, there were lots of vegan options throughout the store, and a good variety of brands. I was surprised by the amount of self checkouts, they clearly had social distancing in mind when designing it, which is good! Would definitely recommend going if you need to top up your shopping”

“Absolutely fantastic. Went in for my mother on Thursdays due to a faulty item from candy excellent support from all the staff members. Esp when we had to go back In today one in particular this morning not saying names incase not allowed. We had to put a complaint in with candy as the guy who came out was bang out of order and mistreated my mother. They helped from beginning until the end. Fab !! Thank you so much for everthing”

“I use Little Lamb breast pads very successfully. No leaks have got past them! We’ve used a set of 5 Little Lamb bamboo fitted nappies on two babies now overnight. The only nappy that lasted the night for us! Needed a Little Lamb vest extender to get their vests to do up though! Service from Little Lamb is always excellent and their customer service team is great.”

“We looked around the Crosshands shop and were there for well over an hour looking at each pram we had an interest in. The ladies gave us space and time to browse and would demonstrate different features then leave us to play around getting to know the prams. They were amazing at their jobs. We came home with so much to think about. We wanted to see the UPPAbaby Vista and it was on display in the Cardiff store so we went to look. After another hour of our 2 older children perched in the corner on our phones (the Cardiff staff were amazing with them and us) we looked at the Icandy peach which was always our first choice, the UPPAbaby Vista 2 which we loved however we settled on the cosatto Continental in bureau. The pram itself sold us, however being able to spend that time choosing the pram without being hassled was definitely peace of mind we had made the right choice. We paid for the pram on the Monday morning, my husband asked for it to be picked up as soon as possible. We had a phone call by the Friday saying that it was in store ready for pick up. The whole experience was an absolute dream. We haven't used the free scan yet, so can't give our experience with that. But our pram is fabulous and we saved so much having the whole travel system and isofix included meant we didn't have to shop around for different bits. All in all I would highly recommend the service by the discount pram centre, even if you just want to go and have a look and get your questions answered.”
