“It was my sons 16th birthday and he wanted to do an escape room, so I found breakout live via Google and booked the prison break experience for myself, son and wife. We arrived a little early having never done this sort of thing before and were greeted by Rosie who was so friendly and welcoming. We stored our items in the free locker and Rosie took us to the room, inside the room Rosie explained everything in a professional and fun manner which put us at ease. Wow what a challenge, the puzzles were exceptionally thought out, and the quality of the props were excellent, between the three of us we almost managed to escape but failed to break out......but now we are hooked, I honestly haven't had this much fun in a long time and will definitely be returning to try the other room. If you're looking for a way to spend a fun hour out then you have to try breakout live in Swansea.”

“I've never shopped at the entertainer before (other than a on sale makka pakka at another store but that's besides the point) And I was walking past with a friend to go to the bus station and I saw the squishmallow display and had a look, not thinking I'd go in. But there was a person greeting people and he started talking to me. He was such a good sales man I must admit! He was holding a big squishmallow and had a small on on his shoulder. He told me that there were different mallows inside and that they make good neck pillows and are very huggable! So he enticed to go look, and he was able to convince me to buy one, honestly the best worker I've spoken to. He was really kind, and I did end up buying one because of him. Not to mention how nice the worker at the till was! She knew the name before I looked at the tag! The best experience I've ever had in a store! 10/10 customer service. I got home and ordered another squishmallow online from the entertainer! If either one of the workers I mentioned see this, thank you. You made my day so much better! ”

“Absolutely loved our session at Crazy Climb. My 6 year old loved it. The instructor was great with all the kids, he encouraged each child to go that little bit further each time. We will be back again, next time I'll leave the little ones at home because even 40 year old children enjoyed the fun.”

“Popped in today on the off chance I could just call in. We were there at 12:20 and there must have only been 5 other people there. Which is great for my 3 year old. It cost us £7 for us both. It's a really fun place with lots of things to do including the inflatable section, trampolines, soft play and arcade.”

“Very good prices per game. The staff were friendly and helpful when needed. If you haven't played for a while stick to just one or two games. We played 3 and my arms were aching so much that I could not lift the lightest ball. All in all a great place to spend time with family and friends. Food is available but I did not purchase any. There is a bar .. we only had soft drinks but alcohol is available. They also have pool tables, and arcade games. If I could give 11/10 for experience I would.”

“We have been members of David Lloyd for a while. We have the best time there every weekend. My son plays tennis and his tennis coach Damon is just fantastic with him. You can order food and drinks through the David Lloyd app and receive member discounts. The menu has recently updated and I had the most amazing snow ball latte. Thank you so much”

“Have been a member for several years now - my second home. I love the place - full of lovely people, both fellow members and staff. Great choice of equipment. Things have noticeably improved recently with new management and equipment. Special mention to the manager Tegen, she's amazing.”

“A nice little Premier Inn clearly targeting business travellers. Breakfasts offered are actually done in the restaurant next done and we're tasty and the standard Premier Inn offering. The hotel rooms are actually split across two separate buildings, but I was in the main one so didn't have to walk far. All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were standard for a Premier Inn, though mine did not actually have any plug sockets by the bedside, only a USB port to charge my phone from. The location of the hotel is good for business and food, as there are a wide variety of restaurants and takeaways in the industrial estate it is situated in, alongside a 24/7 ASDA. However, I've deducted one star from location in my rating as it is reliant on driving, being near no rail stations, and the taxi firms available in the area were very unreliable. Overall it was a solid hotel experience for business travel with lovely staff and I'd have no qualms staying there again.”

“Best to go early in the morning, food is awesome, swimming pool lovely temperature. Toliets/showers lovely and clean, lots of classes to choose from also , something to suit everyone, really enjoying it. Forgot to mention someone is always on hand to help with equipment if your not a gym person like myself very handy”
