"The Bay Apartments is very good, especially Kate , who was wonderful, but the apartment's furniture was worn out and has some damage, which made me report it to the office. So, that they don't think I'm the one who caused this damage. Also, the deposit value is very high for a tourist compared to other offices that take 150 pounds."

"A lovely flat with a stunning view. Great access to the beach, marina and local transport. I love the walk along the promenade to Oystermouth. Some may find the two flights of stairs too much but it was fine for us. Parking was a bit of a squeeze on a couple of occasions as I have a long car and the way other residents had parked meant it was impossible to manoeuvre my car into the allocated parking space. Luckily I was able to park in the visitor’s bay. Kate was a real help and very prompt in responding to queries. I would definitely book again."
