The kids had an amazing time and the adults loved it too, I couldn't stop smiling. There wasn't a single dull minute and I was able to sit back and enjoy the party as Nikki took care of everything. “We had a fun visit to Exciting Escapes in Portsmouth. Our host, Hannah, was great - fun and chatty. We did the ‘Dark Deeds and Groceries’ room. It was a good room which was challenging and tricky. We were proud to smash the record time though and be the first team ever to get out un under 40mins (it’s not actually an especially easy room, just our wealth of experience helped us get out quickly). We’ve booked already to come back to another room as enjoyed ourselves and the room quality at Exciting Escapes.”

“We did the new ‘Journey to Xibalba’ room which was the best escape room we’ve done so far! It was both puzzles and some physical elements which really added to the room! The staff were super friendly too! Would definitely recommend!”

“We have just held a birthday party at Little Street Chichester for 16 x 4 year olds. The staff were amazing and made the whole session really enjoyable for the kids and the parents. Would thoroughly recommend for a birthday party - the staff really go the extra mile to ensure everyone has a great time.”

“I have some memories from when my Grandparents lived in Portsmouth, but as they moved away in 2004, I didn't get to go back here for many years, even though I regularly visit the city with my family. Now that I'm studying in Southampton, it's easier for me to travel into Portsmouth on my own, and the cathedral was one of the things that I desperately wanted to do. The outside never disappoints because of its stunning architecture, but the inside is just how I remembered it from when I was a child, and it'll always remain one of my favourite places of worship to visit! Plus I'd love to give a massive thanks to all the volunteers who run the cathedral and keep it in fantastic shape!”

“Great gym, friendly staff, modern and up to date equipment. It's clean and has a good range of strength, cardio and a nice area for mobility/stretching. Classes are predominantly Les Mills based with their own HIIT class Burn as well. Studios are great, spacious and with nice equipment. The pool can be a bit cold at times but it's nice. As a member you also get 25% off food and drink at the bar. Not cheap but a great gym to be a member of.”

“Have stayed in many premier inns and this one was by far the best. The in house restaurant, food and staff were great. Lovely room with a large shower. All in a great location. Highly recommend!”

“It’s a lovely looking building - especially at night with the lights. I’ve been here for several events now and the staff are always friendly. They are very accessible and even offer an autism booklet with pictures online to prepare you for your visit. I love the variety of events they hold here and their website is easy to navigate.”

“Jack was absolutely fantastic when I brought a large group on Friday. We had some issues prior to arriving but Jack was able to organise and coordinate everyone brilliantly and ensured we got in as quickly and safely as possible. He also ensured all our kids had an amazing time. Made the visit so much easier and I can't thank him enough!”

“Very friendly staff. Lots of activities something for everyone or go into the onsight cafe "chit chats" and have a cuppa and slice of Dave's homemade cake or one of his home cooked meals which are tasty and reasonably priced.”

“Beautiful place for a night out with friends and family. Great atmosphere full of light and colours. Nice bar for drinks and food while wait or while playing. Great night out on a busy shopping centre where you can find some bargains for shopping.”

“Attended New Year's Eve party and it was excellent value. Easy check-in, nice (upgraded) room with excellent shower and comfy bed. Limited clothes storage and no complimentary bottled water. Decent tea and coffee. Very good meal, great Rat Pack show plus disco. Well staffed bar. Free parking. Pleasant buffet style breakfast. Recommended.”

“This facility in the hotel in open until 10pm. We can't fault this pool, when we went we were the only people in there so had the whole place to ourselves. The pool is shallow enough to touch the floor at both ends so much safer for children & nonswimmers like myself. The hottub was lovely too, only downside is the staff have to turn it on from behind their desk so you may have to wait until they see you in there or go find someone. The Sauna & Steamroom also really great. At the time we visited, the showers in the changing rooms had no hot water buy we simply showered on our rooms before & after instead, complimentary towels are always offered to hotel guests, simply ask at reception.”

“All the staff were so polite and nothing was to much trouble. The traditional breakfast was ample with unlimited toast and preserve. Only problem was the tiny table with 4 seats around it. We had to rearrange the table so we could use 3 of the seats as 2 were wedged by the window and next to a piller”

“At Premier Inn, I had a great stay, with friendly service and a comfortable bed ensuring a good night's sleep. The location was ideal for my visit to the theatre, and the meal deal offered an affordable dinner and breakfast menu. The room was spotless and had all the amenities I needed. Special recognition must go to Anne, who was both welcoming and a pleasure to chat with. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.”

“Not the most promising location close so close to the motorway, but this is a welcoming, comfortable and immaculate hotel close to Portsmouth. Friendly welcome at check in, with two adjacent rooms as we were visiting as a family. Large, well decorated rooms with air conditioning, good sized bathroom and This Works toiletries. Rooms have desk, armchair and large flat screen TV. The family room (2 x double bed) only had one beside table, between the two beds - a shelf for the other sides of the beds would be a useful addition for glasses or phones. Hotel is about 5 mins walk from an out of town shopping centre with large Tesco supermarket and cafes. Don't forget to validate your car parking so that you aren't charged.”
