"Sorry for the poor rating. I am in a team that use the astroturf pitches. The staff here are nice and helpful. BUT the pitches are in a dire state and some of the walkways are tatty. Lots of trip hazards...."

"Pitch booking mucked up despite me calling on 3 separate occasions to confirm the booking. Received a call an hour before the booking time to say they had double booked the full pitch. They were very apologetic but no offer of discount."

"Went for a a friend's birthday party in one of the function halls, seemed nice enough. Bar staff were very helpful and chatty, not very big for a venue hall but I'm guessing there is more than one to use. So may be that was the smaller option. Has an outside with benches too."

"Was having a fab party until the card machine "broke" meaning no one could buy anymore drinks-funny that, considering we were £100 away from getting our refundable deposit back.. no one seems to be responding to our emails about it, I wonder why?!"
