“Excellent nursery - wouldn’t have sent my two children anywhere else. The staff are so caring and really focussed on the development of each child but it also it feels like an extended family. Couldn’t recommend them any more. When we looked around other local nurseries we liked the separate baby room at Treetops which feels like a home from home.”

“AWESOME ESCAPE ROOM! Super atmospheric with really interesting, well thought out, challenging but logical puzzles that require teamwork to solve. We did Alan's room with just two of us and LOVED it. Such good value for money too given we got put with 5 seconds to spare! We've done quite a few different escape rooms with different companies and this is absolutely one of the best. Highly recommend!”

“Amazing fun, great indoor play area. Staff were very friendly and polite. First time here, amazing fun for children and adults. The toddler area alone is as big as most indoor play areas, the main play area is awesome. Every square meter of both play areas are full of fun activities. So many slides, indoor trampoline and mini football/ basketball area all included. The best indoor play area, great family fun. Highly recommended 10/10”

“Been so many times with living so close. Food and drink are reasonably priced and the farm has enough to keep the children occupied. The new addition of a sand pit Is brilliant, my son didnt want to leave”

“I'm not religious in any way, I don't go to church or believe in any god; however, I do appreciate the history, vision, craftsmanship, architecture and dedication to buildings like Derby Cathedral. The Cathedral Church of All Saints Derby is a grade 1 listed cathedral located in cathedral green, it was once the centre of the medieval town. The original Anglo-Saxon church was completed in around 943 by King Edmund 1; however, nothing remains of it. The church as seen today is actually Georgian and was completed in 1725 by James Gibbs, in 1967-72 a retroquire was added, the square tower is 212ft (65m) tall and dates back to 1510-32 making it the oldest part of Derby's cathedral. The tower also house's the world's oldest ring of ten bells dating from around 1678. There's a small underground chapel called St Katherine's and the hugely impressive tomb of Bess of Hardwick. They often have events such as Church of the Moon, Peace Doves, and the Knife Angel, well worth a visit even if like myself you have no religious beliefs.”

“We attend Derby University Graduation. Arrangements were good we experienced horrible weather. But I found it slightly not convenient. Pick up gowns somewhere else attend ceremony long walk away in another place. But altogether it was ok.”

“What a great place this is! National Trust have gone all out for children at this hall. The mystery room is great to get kids working together, collect tickets at the entrance for a time. The house is amazing with interaction throughout with dress up and a mock dance ball. The long gallery has toys spread thoughout, a great opportunity to let the little ones run around indoors. In the cellar there are yet more great ideas to keep the kids entertained! There is also the history of toys display. Make sure to look up, down and around to catch every display!”

“Went to watch the film called Plane. Was great was little bit busy which was good. Food & Drink was over prices but this was a cinema. Seats was ok. Staff was polite and helpful.”

“Really nice premier inn, right in the city centre by the bus station but the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly as well. Need the key to enter the building at night so felt safe.”

“Good location. It's nice to be able to have good enough food too. Most soft plays lack that. My children loved the soft play. Note: It does get busy and you might struggle to find a table. It's definitely a nicer place to visit when it's a bit quieter.”

“Had our daughters party here. Fun place for kids, ideally 5+ as younger ones needed a lot of help to climb things...not a bad thing really! Party food was great, and our host, Amber was amazing. So helpful, thank you!!”

“Gorgeous food and lovely friendly service. The salad bar had run low in all areas when we arrived and within a minute, it was fully restocked. Love this particular Harvester, the atmosphere is great and cosy.”

“Such friendly staff and a really nice atmosphere. Very child friendly and lacks the groups of older teenagers that can often make places like this a little less enjoyable for under 10's. Would thoroughly recommend for families and children.”

“Overall we had a good stay and the room was clean,the bed was amazing! The only 2 things things I will say is that the room was extremely hot there was a fan provided however it didn't really have enough power to cool the room and in the bathroom there was no toilet brush which would have been nice. We had breakfast in the restaurant but was put off by the ants that were crawling around on the table and along the wall beside us which I did mention to a member of staff but everything else was perfect.”

“This is not my first visit to the place. The entrance was well maintained; clean and presentable. The staff greeted us when we got to the desk; great to see more than one receptionist dealing with all the other guests. We were told where everything was and allowed to go our own way and was told that if we had any questions we could go back to reception. The gym was pretty busy but there were staff on hand to help. Overall the experience was great and would recommend going.”
