“This was my first visit post consultation where I was to receive my first treatment with Dr Dimi. Immediately I felt relaxed when greeted at the door, prior to the treatment Dr Dimi went through the procedure that I was having and made sure all my questions were answered. During the treatment Dr Dimi ensured that I was ok and remained comfortable which I was! Post treatment I was made aware of all the aftercare that I needed to do and I could contact him if I needed to prior to our follow up consultation. Such a great experience and I look forward to many more visit in the future and have already recommended to several friends of mine! Thank you Dr Dimi.”

“Used ARK vets for the first time this week after the dog we are looking after fell ill. I was surprised and really happy at how positive the experience was. I called the surgery at 4.45pm – the phone rang twice before being answered and on this occasion they were able to see me within the hour. Both the receptionist and vet were incredibly helpful – even showing us through to a private room to wait in, as the dog was a bit overexcited. The vet was incredibly helpful and understanding. I mentioned that we are fostering the dog, so would not be able to immediately agree to any long-term treatment strategy. With this in mind, she ran through a number of possible options, did plenty of tests and recommended short term treatment options to ease the dog’s immediate issues and discomfort. An itemised receipt was provided for the owner, with the offer of calling back for further information if needed. I found ARK very caring and understanding to both dog and owner, which made things a lot easier during what could have been a difficult time. Can’t fault this vet and won’t hesitate to use them again.”

“Alistair was recommended to me by a relative. He has lived up to and exceeded that recommendation. Alistair treated me for sciatica which was incredibly painful. He gave me a set of exercises to do which proved extremely beneficial to my recovery. Alistair holds very high professional standards. He always made me feel at ease. Alistair explained everything he was doing and why, he explained why given exercises were beneficial to my recovery. Finally, as a woman, I would like to say I felt very comfortable with his personal and clinical manner. “We have taken our two cats to Churchcroft over the past 9-years and have always felt assured that they have had their best interests at heart. Sadly, one of our cats recently became poorly very quickly and we ultimately had to take the decision to put her to sleep. The team at Churchcroft did everything they could to give our Rolo the best possible chance of recovery, and George in particular seemed to take a personal interest in getting her better. We never felt under pressure to make a decision one way or the other, and the team always spoke to us with the right mix of compassion and clarity. The aftercare of the staff at Churchcroft since Rolo left us has been great; they truly care about the welfare of the animals under their care and their owners. They were thoughtful enough to provide us with a lock of Rolo's fur and a paw print, which we will be forever grateful for. Overall, we cannot recommend Churchcroft highly enough.”

“We have used this vet for our dogs over the years and never had any problems. The staff are fantastic. Very recently, my puppy had eaten rat bait. They saw her straight away and gave her treatment to help her recovery. They saw us 2 days later to monitor her progress. The service is always very good but on this occasion they were even more amazing than usual. Very grateful for them because their speed at seeing and treating my puppy will no doubt save her life. Just overall a fantastic vets. All staff are friendly, caring and professional. The practice is clean and well presented. The vets and nurses are very knowledgeable. Will continue to use them and highly recommend.”
