“We’ve used Aurora Vet since we got our pup. They’ve always been so lovely and reliable and happy to answer all my questions. Our dog’s health deteriorated through the night and we got a fright, we called the vet but thought as it was a Saturday we’d have no luck getting an appointment. Within 10 minutes of our initial call, we got a call back from the vet who organised medication to be available for immediate collection. Already we’re seeing a difference in him and can’t thank Aurora Vets enough!”

“Cat was referred here by our vet in Orkney after being run over and sustaining a nasty pelvic injury. Arrived herr around 0730 straight off the Aberdeen ferry, and even though they were not open, staff offered to clean up Tibby (the cat) and offered a brew and use of the bathroom while waiting for them to open. Staff were helpful and friendly and communicated well with us while Tibby was in their care.”

But after i given birth i was placed at ashgrove ward for the night.. girls from night shift are very lazy, mean, ignorant and rude. I couldnt move and take care of my baby myself and they juat ignored me the whole time.”

“Last year’s vaccinations were troublesome for one of our cats in particular and this made me anxious about taking her in. The receptionist (Rebecca) explained kindly that there was a new vet who was well versed in nervous pets, as well as the options if the vaccination wasn’t managed on this occasion. I came to the appointment ready to have to fight with my poor cat with her being so nervous, but much to my delight, the vet (Scott?) was an expert and I barely had to help him at all when it came to keeping her in place for the vaccine or the examination. Huge thanks to the team for their treatment, especially vet Scott and receptionist Rebecca!”
