“DOCAR repaired a constant leak which was so hard to find, but it used to trickle through and flood the boot heavily during a lengthy rain. No amount of water poured could tell me which was it was coming in. Peter and Monika persevered and found a few hairline factory cracks under the roof trims and fixed them professionally so it looks even better than a factory would do!! Many other garages did not even merit such work. A few months on and I have forgotten about this problem for good, so wanted to leave a review to thank them for sorting it out.”

I then commissioned his service. as I found after seeking relative quotes that his prices were reasonable and fair. “Mark came around to service my boiler and to have a look a leak I thought I had. Although there was evidence of a leak it was not a hole in the pipe. Unfortunately a number of things that were also in need of attention were spotted and Mark was unable to service and repair my boiler. It’s quite an old boiler and needs replacing. Mark was very professional and knowledgeable at all times and delivered the bad news and explained what actions would be needed to bring it up to spec”

Popped into MB Centre who took it straight into the workshop, set the headlamps correctly on the beam setter, 15 mins later, all done, charged me for 15 mins labour. That evening I was driving a different car! Brilliant service as usual, thanks guys n gals. If you need a professional garage with reasonable costs, for any make of car, I can't recommend this place highly enough.”

“Recently acquired a new car and upon 3 months of owning I experienced an issue with the timing chain. My usual garage was unable to fix or even definitively diagnose the fault. I had a rough idea that it was a timing issue, but was unsure. Upon calling around, most people were quoting off the cuff without seeing it themselves based on the information I wasn’t giving regarding the fault (car was taking longer than usual to turn over). The only person interested in finding the fault was Steve, who was superb and ultra honest from start to finish. Methodical, black and white, factual and precise are a few ways that I would describe Steve. Not your everyday car mechanic. After diagnosing the fault, Steve gave me a fantastic price to fix it and the car has been right as rain ever since. I cannot thank him enough for his expertise, which is exactly what I was looking for when trying to allocate the job to the right person. The last thing I wanted was to pay for numerous parts to be replaced due to a mechanics incompetence, and Steve made sure the fault was exactly what we believed it to be before starting any work. The diagnosis took longer than I expected, but I’m glad he was so thorough to ensure the correct work was done. I live in Leicester but will certainly be going back to Steve in the future for any and all work required on my car. Cannot recommend enough if you want a true professional to work on your car.”
