In advance, I was clearly informed about my appointment, fasting requirements and sandwiches menu for a post operation meal. Pre operation, the consultant, Mr. Srinivasan Balachandra clearly explained the keyhole procedure he was going to carry out and in the operation theatre the Anesthetist put me at ease before putting me to sleep. Post operation, nurses Danielle and Kaye made me comfortable and kindly ensured that I was well looked after and provided easy to understand post op routines. Overall, thank you for providing me with your high level of duty of care during my stay at Trent Cliffs.”
