"Do not work on this company's vehicles. They called us out to do a tire service. Their dispatch (who apparently isn't authorized) agreed to cashapp as form of payment. A lady named Kelli was very rude with us after we told her no credit card then was quick to leave our company a bad review. We do not charge by minute we charge by round trip which was discussed! By the way way comcheck, efs, tchek, and fleetone are not random forms of payment and any trucking company knows that these are well known payment forms around the world. I wish I could give a zero star to Kelli for her poor attitude and her lack of customer service skills. I sure do feel sorry for Rock for having to set up repairs for their truck."

"If I could give a bad review directly to Kelli, I would. She was extremely Rude with my co-worker and pretty much said that we were just making up ways to pay. She told us that we shouldn't take calls from people that weren't in charge of making the payments. The guy that had called told us he was the dispatcher. I am still unsure how taking Cashapp as a payment is sketchy. The payment methods of Comcheck, T-check, EFS, and Fleetone are well known payment forms in the trucking industry."

"These people are doing my neighbors roof and have been extremely rude to me. They asked me to move my car to which I complied, and then they proceeded to park on my driveway without my permission. When I said something about not appreciating that, they got ignorant. They exchanged insults with my roommate and suggested a fight. I can’t believe that Frederick Roofing would use such a company. So unprofessional!!! And now their truck is blocking access to my driveway."

"While delivering shingles they damaged part of our house as well as had damages to a chandelier and had pictures fall off of our walls. I went out to let the delivery people know that they were throwing the shingles too hard and throngs were coming off our walls and our ceiling fan has damages and they laughed and started throwing them harder causing more things to fall. When I called to speak to someone about it I was told I was going to be transferred and was hung up on. I called again and they just hung up on me a second time. It’s extremely frustrating."
