"When searching the interweb for a specific item, the site said it was 'in stock'. When asking the first employee, he responded something like "I know what it says. That doesn't mean we have it" I found that sort of rude, but maybe he didn't mean it that way, but he didn't seem to want to be there. He guided us to the area where the garden tools were. We found what we were looking for on our own."
"Most Ace stores I use greet me immediately and ask if I need help finding anything. Maybe I was there on an off day but I walked past associates who didn't say boo. So I wandered for a minute thinking I could find what I needed. I asked another associate who happened to be walking by and seemed put out that I was distracting him."
"Sometimes you just need that odd item or to grab something real quick. The super friendly staff at Ace make it 100% worthwhile to do so."

"Bought a Fridge from them with free delivery. Was told the fridge was new and I’d have a day lead time for when it would be delivered. I got a 3 hour heads up on delivery, which is nice in the fact I got it quick but not great considering I had to leave work early and on short notice. When the fridge was delivered I didn’t notice anything wrong with it, but after going back to work and coming back home (leaving it for 3 hours) I noticed some of the insulation was coming out the seems. I talked to an employee named Nathan (very friendly btw) who asked a manager if there’s anything they could do to which the answer was no. Hopefully the manufacturers warranty kicks in. Long story short this isn’t the place for appliances. Great with smaller items & has friendly staff, just garbage at appliances and related service."
