"This advanced auto parts is my go to location. I mostly order online for my oil changes and then do some more shopping while in store. My orders are always ready quick and the staff is always very nice and ready to help. I know there is a lot of parts stores but from shopping my parts stores overs the years advance auto parts always seems to be slightly cheaper. For use professionals and weekend warriors that's a big deal. So if you live on the area give this location a try. I don't understand the bad reviews I don't have any problems."

"Never again will I shop at this location because of the way I was treated. I called a couple of days inquiring about a set of six sparkplugs, the individual that I spoke with stated that they had them in stock and that I could come up whenever I wanted to pick them up. A couple of days later I went to the exact same store that I called and walked up to the counter where all I saw was one female sitting behind the computer playing on her phone, with a vape pen in her hand and sucking on a soda from Steak N shake. I stated that I had called and was told that the sparkplugs that I inquired about were in stock. She looked up from her phone and looked at the computer, after about five minutes of looking she stated that they were not in the computer system. I stated that I called, and someone stated that they did have them to which she stated. “Well, they are not here.” I stated, ok Ill just go somewhere else and get them, to which she replied, “Good, and take your sass with you”. I said, Excuse me and she stated “ you Heard me, Leave and take your attitude with you. Before leaving I stated that I would never be shopping at this store again and will be in contact with corporate regarding the issue. I called Advanced auto parts 1800 Number to have the representative contact the store given the information that I told her. She was able to speak with the manager “Patricia” about it and rest assured that the incident of her behavior would not happen again. I have shopped at Advanced Auto parts for over thirty-five years and not once have I been disrespected by one of its employees until now. I will now be taking my business to Oriley or AutoZone because obviously advanced Auto parts cannot hire people even decent enough to treat their customers with the respect they deserve."

"The pay here must suck, because the employees can’t help/won’t help. All the good ones went to O’reilly’s maybe? Stay away, waste of time, waste of money."

"Great store. Kinda hard to get in from south bound telegraph, use stop light to turn on side Street then enter through back of parking lot. Person behind counter was nice and helped me quickly."

"Kevin has a terrible attitude towards customers and life in general. Dropped a battery off to charge overnight, came back the next morning to pick it up and he stated he couldn’t find the battery. He didn’t want to call for help because he said he would get yelled at. After calling back up there after he sent us away and told us to come back 3 hours later, he rudely told me he found the battery and that he was yelled at twice for calling his manager. Kevin then told us to come get the battery so we could hurry up and leave the store. He should not have a job working with people. Seems no one wants to actually work here or help customers. Worst customer service experience ever. I will tell everyone to avoid this location due to their poor staff members."
