"Had issues with this place since the day I moved in. We set a move in day/time, paid a lot for movers only for the apartment not to be ready on time with absolutely 0 communication on Chelsea's end (shocker). Lots of issues while living there, mice, frequent apartment inspections, building doors not locking, and rudeness from office staff, particularly the one everyone else seems to have an issue with. Chelsea. Best advice, ask residents around the community before signing anything! Most have a lot of fantastic insight I wish I knew! The residents at the dog park are rich in insight on this place!! Pictured below: Somebody threw a brick or something in the building next doors window. Took over a month to repair. Bad form. Mice droppings. We could not store food in the cabinets as mice would come through the walls and help themselves. Edit: in response to their response. I have no desire to contact the leasing office via phone. They have shown no accountability before, only excuses and rudeness."
"One of my best friends lives here and I fell in love with this community right from the beginning. When I started looking for an apartment, this was the first place I asked about. Everyone in the leasing office is SUPER nice and very helpful and were very welcoming during my move-in day. My move-in day which went pretty smoothly! The person who does maintenance (I can’t recall the name, I’m so sorry lol) was so very nice and asked right away if there was anything I wasn’t happy with in my unit, which there was not - I LOVE IT! I was sporadically meeting neighbors, who are all so nice. My dad’s favorite part is that it’s inside an actual neighborhood and the hallways are so well lit at night. I mean the only downside is the freeway noise is close, but really compared to where I moved from Canton- not bad all! I love the balcony for my dogs too! Overall, I am so very happy and I can definitely see myself here for a good amount of time!!"
"Have lived here for almost a year, and everything has been really smooth. Got locked out once at midnight and maintenance came down to help. The toilet and bathtub has backed up once and the dishwasher isn't bolted in, but other than that, the apartment is very clean and nice to live in. No troubles or problems, plenty of space and great finishes. Around a 35 minutes walk to downtown Plymouth, nice to jog and bike around the area in the summer. Really enjoy living here!"
