Northville Forest Apartments

"I found this place on Apartments.com, I really liked the houses and wanted to move in to this place at the earliest. But I just couldn't speak to anyone at the office. I have called atleast 10 times in 3 days and yet received no response. I even emailed, but no reply. Finally got a lady to speak with. (assuming she is the manager) So this lady was least interested in explaining about the apartment or to any questions that I asked. She seemed to be annoyed by my call and it felt like she just wanted to hang up on me. It was a pretty bad experience for me, hopefully the management takes necessary actions soon."

"I was very unimpressed by the treatment I recieved by the manager. I called up there at 10am inquiring about looking at an apartment and she said we could come in and look at one. She did not specify a time to come and I assumed that she would be there since their office hours stated they were open from 8am-4pm. We arrived at the office at 11am exactly one hour after I talked to her and no one was there. We waited for an hour assuming she might be on lunch. She shows up at 12pm and doesn't even acknowledge us for 10 minutes as she gossips with another worker. After she finally acknowledged us she treated us in a perfunctory manner. She gave us an excuse that she waited as long as she could for us and that she left at 10:30 (which is only 30 minutes after I called her) to run errands. She showed us the apartment and only talked to us if we asked her a dirrect question. We were very disappointed by the way we were treated by this women(she didn't give us her name) because of her we will most likely not be choosing Northville Forest for our future home. Overall the apartments look nice the only thing we didn't like about them is that 12 units share 2 washers and 2 dryers."

"Just off the beaten path. A little piece of quiet whilst still in the city. The manager Tracy is down to earth and great to work with. Wonderful staff committed to maintaining the grounds and apartments. Two day or less turn around for any request needing fixed. I'm happy here after a full year and just renewed our lease. Convenient location! Hines Park, downtown Plymouth, downtown Northville, Schoolcraft College, and lots of selections of restaurants, stores and entertainment nearby in upper Livonia and Northville Township. Sits within two miles of I-275, I-96 and M-14."

"I moved here from out of state and feel super lucky that I found this place. To begin with, Tracy helped me do the leasing over the phone/mail and made it easy every step of the way. After being here a year, I still dont have any complaints. The apartment it self is very nice (I'm in the 2bedroom with study). I had one issue with the toilet and they came a replaced it the next day! Other than that, I've had no maintenance issues. The grounds themselves are in great shape and are always maintained. The pool is very nice as well. To top it off, the staff and the neighbors have been nothing but nice and friendly. If there is an opening, I highly recommend you get a place here. P.S. Tracy is the best office manager I've had yet!"

"Good value for the price, way more personality to the look of the apartments/grounds than elsewhere. Management is usually responsive, runs a 'tight ship'. Sharing 2 sets of pay washers and dryers amongst 16 apartments isn't awesome. I've lived here around five years, and I have largely been happy with that."
