"No way to get in contact with anyone there, even for maintenance emergencies and they haven't been able to fix long standing issues (e.g., doors that don't lock or lighting in hallways). Edit in response to your reply: I again tried calling and nobody answered during business hours. The voicemail box is full, so I can't even leave a voicemail. It has been 5 days of calling and I still have not gotten through to anyone and even the emergency maintenance line just tells me they can't do anything and I need to call the office... back to the loop. This is absurd and creating an incredibly unsafe environment for my Mom who recently severely hurt herself and needed surgery."

"The ownership which is Pepper Pike Capital does not return security deposits. I finished my lease after 2 years this past September and Ebony the property Manager said it would be handled in less than 60 days. Well no deposit and I have repeatedly emailed her and called her. She said she would look into it but she never gets back and still no resolution on my security deposit. Coupled that with the noise from other tenants and shoddy repairs and a very dated complex,advice is to stay away. Poor on site management and ownership does not follow through."

"If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a tour scheduled and when I showed up the office wasn't even open. The hours on the door said hey were coming back at 10 but when I showed up for my scheduled tour the doors were locked. I called and waited for the duration of my appointment and nobody was there. It wasn't until a few days later someone finally reached back out to me and asked if I wanted to schedule a tour. I went out of curiosity and shame because the complex itself seemed nice but I can't imagine living there and having to deal with the disorganization and lack of reliability from the leaders of the complex. Don't waste your time."

"This place is awful. Water running out of the sockets and lights, going on two weeks with no hot water, tub drain is so clogged that we are up to knees in water when taking a shower, floor is buckling in bed rooms, management and maintenance could not care less about the living conditions. In response to your response. The hot water was restored last night. However, with respect, you had been informed of the issues by several tenants multiple times over the last few weeks. It is unfortunate that in a community so beautiful and well maintained as Plymouth that these conditions are tolerated. Please do better in the future because my family lives here, and they deserve basic things like water and a safe environment. UPDATE- ONE MONTH LATER Water still leaking from upstairs into bathroom, dripping down on to you while using the toilet. Leak in kitchen still happening and running into light switches. Floor lifting is still happening and has now spread across the apartment, lifted up about an inch in some spots. Office staff acted as if they didn't know the problems existed or that it had not been repaired yet."

"They asked me for feedback on my service request so - We haven't had hot water for about 2 weeks now, so i cant say id recommend. Considering the price we pay to live here it is awfully disappointing that this issue is taking so long to fix."
