"Worst experience for the price. In peak winter the room doesn’t heat up sufficiently. The breakfast bar was without sufficient food. Basic bread and fruits isn’t available. If it’s an off season then charge minimal. You can’t inflate the price and provide utter garbage service. IHG quality of service and management is just deteriorating."

"This is a beautiful Holiday Inn, much nicer than some we've been to. Our room, 418, was very spacious and clean. This location is next to a major hockey arena and the staff told us they are usually very full accommodating players from the arena. This was only an issue our first night as quite a few teens were running up and down the hallway. Otherwise we has a great stay!"

"I haven’t stayed in a holiday inn for years, and didn’t have high expectations, but honestly this hotel changed my perspective on the brand. It was clean, there was attentive staff, simple free breakfast, and the rooms were comfortable. We will be back holiday inn!"

"Stayed here for the first time. Was in Michigan for a funeral of a family member. Typically my family stays at the comfort inn off Ann Arbor rd. We decided to stay here because after reaching out and submitting paperwork they allowed me to bring my emotional support dog up with me for the stay. I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel is so much cleaner than the comfort inn. The grounds are pristine. The rooms are modernized with a hefty sized min fridge and mini Keurig like coffee maker. The bathrooms have bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash with the pumps instead of the little tiny bottles that are kind of tacky. The bathrooms were also so clean and gorgeous."
