"I love this place and for the price, being 10 min from downtown you can’t beat it anywhere. Yes it’s an older community and has a lot of everything that is not updated.. and I can open the windows in the winter and not once have my heat on which is good, but not really because I don’t pay for it the apartment does. It’s all about communication and if you have any problems, communicate that and they will get fixed even if it takes a month or two, it will get fixed! It’s a quiet community and everyone knows everyone and it’s like a little family here and I love it! Renewing my lease❤️"

"Finding housing at this point in time is incredibly difficult, and generally property management companies are quite rude. That is not the case here. LaSonne Was so very pleasant. She was accomodating, friendly, and an all around delight. I’m still unsure if I will be moving into this property, but I would solely based on the interaction had with LaSonne. Thanks!"
