The property is clearly well taken care of. The rent is fair for what youre getting. They color of the walls are great. I am excited to live here. Right in the middle of Hines park and for an outdoorsy person like myself that is a dream come true. I can't wait to ride my bike and study in a Hammock during the summer. :)"

"I've been a tenant here for almost a year and a half now and I will be the first to admit this is the best apartment complex I have lived. lt's very comforting knowing that the women in the office will do everything in their power to make sure that you are a happy resident. The hallways are maintained regularly by a cleaning crew and maintenance is on top of any issues that may arise. It just genuinely seems like they care if their residents are happy and you won't get that very many other places. It has truly been a pleasure living here and if I ever need to this will be the first complex I look to come back to"
