“Went into to buy I cheap phone. I don't need much just calls and text. I noticed the Nokia C01 which was the cheapest phone on offer. The salesperson with glasses advised against it and pleaded with me not to buy it and stated a few reasons why. I thought he was just trying to upsell me a more expensive product and was being a typical salesperson so I bought the phone anyway. I owe that person an apology. The phone was god awful and every single one of the issues the sales person mentioned was a serious issue. If only I had listened To that salesperson. The staff here seem to tell it how it is and not just sell a product for personal gain. If I had listened to the sales staff I would have avoided a monumental amount of grief.”

“A store that has everything. Huge warehouse, easy to get a bit lost. They do have helpful people sprinkled around the aisles, but sometimes it is hard to find someone to help. If you know what you're looking for, it's great. Outdoor furniture, paint, plants, kitchen sink, cupboards, stoves, electrical goods, parts for everything, garden stuff, lamps, outdoor lights, shelving....everything!”

“I have always loved coming here when visiting Ballarat. Saturday between 1.30 - 2 pm on the 1st July, I was at the register in the ladies' department. Unfortunately, I blacked out and fainted, and the two staff at the register were on the ball. They provided a chair and water for me. They kept engaging with me, ensuring I was recovered prior to leaving. During all this, they still maintained to keep the service going. Myer, you are very lucky to have these two ladies as staff. Sorry I didn't get your names. However, thank you.”

“Great store which is well laid out. Lots of bargains and the occasional over priced item. There is plenty of stock and like that it’s turned over pretty quickly so you can come back a week later and there will be a whole new range of items to browse through. Staff are extremely helpful. Wheelchair friendly. Kid friendly.”
