"Bad customer service. Took a bike in for repairs which needed parts ordered. Not only did the proprietor not contact me after the parts had arrived; but after a week nothing had been done on the bike - the proprietor had neither added a ticket into their job system, nor even TOLD the mechanic about the job. When I called to ask about the job, the mechanic couldn't even FIND the bike within the store and was very quick to shirk responsibility & immediately blamed the proprietor's job management. No care was given to me or the bike, and the staff don't even seem to communicate their jobs to one another."
