"I was waiting in line with my trolley while a young girl (named Poppy) was serving the customer before me. This girl completely ignored me and closed the register when it was my turn to be served. Once I went to self serve, she reopened the register to serve someone else. This girl is being paid to stand and gossip with her co workers while ignoring customers who are just asking for the bare minimum."
