"I went into Myer to buy my friend a hoodie for his birthday, I gave it to him and we both realised it didn’t fit so I went straight back to the store to return it, within the space of about half an hour. At the device desk a lady told me it “stunk” of cigarettes and saying she was a smoker herself had “hightened senses” as a non smoker my mate however does smoke but wasn’t smoking around the jumper he tried it on and took it straight back off. anyways the lady wasn’t sure what to do she was sceptical of the situation so she called another girl over and she wasn’t sure what to do either so all 3 of us went and saw the big boss and he told me pretty much it’s not good enough for returns, I feel like this situation could have been handled better and I felt intimidated and embarrassed about the whole thing. As a regular shopper at Myer I could have been given some advice about what to do but I felt so judged. Never going back again"

"I have always loved coming here when visiting Ballarat. Saturday between 1.30 - 2 pm on the 1st July, I was at the register in the ladies' department. Unfortunately, I blacked out and fainted, and the two staff at the register were on the ball. They provided a chair and water for me. They kept engaging with me, ensuring I was recovered prior to leaving. During all this, they still maintained to keep the service going. Myer, you are very lucky to have these two ladies as staff. Sorry I didn't get your names. However, thank you."
