"I had the pleasure of being served by the Manage / Franchise owner today Ranjeet Bains and was appalled at his customer service. Ranjeet was extremely rude and repeatedly spoke over me. He served my heavily pregnant wife yesterday and cut the foam cushion inserts to twice the measurement they needed to be and then refused to provide a refund for the excess when they were cut to the correct measurement. Extremely rude and unprofessional."
"Great range of everything to do with fun with water. Unfortunately we had to return an inflatable dingy due to manufacturing fault. Both staff members were easy to talk to and showed excellent customer service skills in resolving the matter. Have always been helpful with poolwater testing and advice."
