“Went to purchase some toys for my sons birthday today. One was a twin pack of monster trucks. I asked the lady if we could choose particular ones. Usually you just get what you get but she was amazing and went to check if they had the one we wanted. They didn't so she then rang Elk Mill to see if they had the one we wanted and offered all help she could to find the particular ones. Unfortunately she couldn't find them but was so lovely and let us choose between what they had in. Usually nobody would do this so i was so grateful to her. “They did an excellent job fitting a new head unit I had into my car. I rang them up and was able to book the fitting of the unit for the next day - most places had a wait time of at least a week. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, telling me what extras I would need for the fitting (DAB aerial, harness, fascia etc.) and how much they would cost. They did a fantastic job and their prices were great too. Highly recommended.”
