"I Phoned up ordered parts spoke to someone called Damien (Damo)was told they would be delivered in the morning. No parts turn up Phoned again to be told Damo just gave a quote didn’t order them and his not her so we can’t ask him (probably hiding under the desk) So much for taking ownership. Phoned euro parts who where half the price and had it in stock. Seems to be requiring issue where majority of the complaints are from asian customers may be TPS employees don’t like Asian people? Mostly likely yes I won’t be using them again. Previous ordered door seal the guy on the phone didn’t know what door seal was sent the wrong one which then had to be returned. How stupid do you have to be to work her? I could go on on."

"I was told about this company by a friend and decided to order a part from them. The staff member that ordered the part for me was aware that I wasn’t a trader or a taxi driver. I was told that the part would be available on a certain day. I went to pick the part up and the counter was closed and I was told on the phone to collect it the next day. I called the company to make sure that the part was ready to be collected the next morning and I was told to come and collect it. I went to collect the part and I was told that they cannot serve me because I’m not a trader or a taxi driver. I will never be using this company again and I will make sure that none of my family or friends will use them. Absolutely shocking service and complete time wasters. I would give them 0 out of 10 because they are a joke of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID."
