"Do not order with Deliveroo. Twice now, half my order has not been delivered. Shockingly bad service."
"Very good place to buy basic things, like food, cleaning stuff, any kind of drinks etc. The staffs they are very good and friendly and very good parking as well. The price is cheap with good products .the other thing they have fresh and hot breads and sweet cakes . beside all this if you have old clothing to donating on the corner of the parking there is a box to put it in ."
"Just popped in to the store to pick up a few items, paid via the self service tills, on reaching my car on the far side of the car park, a female member of staff shouts across the car park from the entrance, excuse me you haven’t paid for your shopping!, I waived the receipt I had in my pocket and she went back into the store, no apology, it was embarrassing to say the least, I could have waived any piece of paper at that distance ( the debit is on my bank statement) so great security measures in place, I know what good customer service is, and that wasn’t it."
"Hard-working staff. Stock isn't very varied but it's kept tidy. Service staff needs reallocating to work self-check outs during busy periods as it's not very organised. Often can't get bags from anywhere but the tills and you can be left waiting for challenge twenty five or machine errors for up to five plus minutes. Customer service is generally very good otherwise."
