"Absolute Joke of a company! Returned tv I purchased through eBay under shop name Clearance World as stopped working conveniently just after the 3 month warranty was up! Anyway they eventually agreed to refund me as the TV was an absolute pile of rubbish and no way should of only lasted 3 months! I’ve now been waiting 3 weeks as keep getting fobbed off saying there is cases open with PayPal, eBay etc which isn’t the case and I believe they’re just trying to mug me off! They have the TV back and I have tracking number to prove this but won’t cough up my money! I would advise you never to deal with these bunch of cowboys again as this is the worst experience I’ve ever had! I work in Sales/Retail myself and can honestly say this company have given me absolutely shocking service and I will make sure I put this all over the internet and on my You Tube channel as I’m absolutely fuming and if I lived more local I’d be straight down there to have it out with them! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE COWBOYS!"

"Television turned up not working so contacted customer service and was told there was no more tv at that price and size I had to pay a extra £50 if I wanted a exchange. So I refused and asked for a refund to be told a refund would be issued once they receive the tv back which can take 3-5 working days and the tv is being collected on a Friday so I have to wait over a week for my money . I paid them before I received the tv !!!!! Absolute joke of a company"
