Or they could deliver next week for an extra £20. Very unhelpful staff and very lapsadaisy staff with not a rush in them"

I would like to say this was an isolated incident, Sadly this isn’t the case. The same thing happened 2 weeks ago when I brought a washing machine. Most of the staff are to busy on their phones and uninterested is helping."

"Hi I bought a TV for £750 it tried to buy insurance for TV for damages the customer service asked me it’s better to buy insurance for your tv if anything to cover up and after 4 weeks the screen automatically went black and when I ringed the customer service he came and took my TV for 2 weeks and after that it said your insurance is not covered and I paid £145 for 3 years and I lost nearly £900 the customer service was very rude and I went there and explained everything to them and they still said the insurance is not covered and the screen still black and I’m still paying monthly payment and got no TV. Please guys look at my comment these people lie too much"
