“I have been using Sunny Bank for the last six years now, the staff are friendly and helpful and their charges very reasonable, last week at my MOT I had a headlight out it turned out to be a bad connection but difficult to get to which extended my MOT time an extra 15 to 20 mins , to repair my light in order to give me a pass for my MOT. I was pleased to see there was no extra time charged only the cost of the MOT it was a good will gesture on their part. I left little 'clues' around my house before leaving for work just to check and I was pleasantly surprised on my return as nothing was missed. I've never met any of the cleaning team as they have a key but when Nicola visited me initially to quote, she immediately struck me as charming, professional and I had no problem whatsoever entrusting her with the job. “Had 4 brand new Pirelli P zero run flat tyres fitted on to my car by Quick Lane a couple of days ago had some insurance issues. Rang them up yesterday morning and spoke to a staff member there who put me through to a manager called Duncan, lovely gentleman easy to speak to. Explained the situation to him, he said he will look in to it and ring me back and when he did he asked no questions, no ifs and no buts. Just said I shall order 4 brand new Pirelli P Zeros the ones you would like as soon as I get off the phone and you can bring it in the morning and I’ll have it sorted for you. Went there this morning told me a ramp will be free in half an hour and will take a further hour to put them on. Came back after an hour after going to get some breakfast the car was done. Checked it over with me, thanked Duncan and off I went. Duncan managed the situation with the highest level of professionalism and he is a really nice guy. I will be going there again all because of the way I was treated, the service the whole team had provided and how the situation was dealt with.”

“I've taken 2 cars here so far....my old MiTo... came back feeling nice and tight every time.... just got a Giulietta, which had an issue with the boot that they (the garage I bought him from) said they'd fixed...ok they got it closing but it didn't sit flush and you had to slam it shut....summit fixed it, now it sits flush and closes like normal. The staff are friendly, I have no idea how the prices compare to other places but they seem very reasonable for a job well done....put it this way...I know they won't rip me off here. Will take all my future cars here and I'd recommend to anyone.”

Lucan came over and asked if we’re okay, he mentioned about the pets at home app which He helped me sign up to and showed me all my vouchers including 20% off my whole shop and 50% of the bag of dog food i had in my basket.
