After having problems with the DPF on my Nissan for 2 years on and off I was getting desperate to find a solution. We hadn’t booked a slot and just turned up this morning - we were greeted by a very polite gentleman who told us to go take a walk along the quayside for an hour, when we returned the damage was completely fixed for an incredibly good price. “I needed to get an unboxed large piece of Lladro from a Manchester auction house to Hampshire. Pack and Send were recommended. I had a phone call with Dave Milsom, their auction specialist, apart from being great fun and friendly, he was extremely helpful and reassuring. The item was collected, packed, dispatched and delivered exactly to schedule. On opening the box I was amazed, the Lladro piece was in a foam mould and bubble wrap. “The whole experience of Greengate is excellent. From booking a viewing, moving and asking for help when it’s needed. All staff members have been friendly and helpful. They are always there when needed for help and advice. I don’t think I’ve had to wait more an hour to get a response from and email or a maintenance request. Staff were helpful when helping with my moving van when we moved in, helping us with parking spaces and quick access to the building. The gym is excellent and they have a great 24hr concierge, who again, have kind and helpful staff at hand to help. One thing that I’ve found quite cool is everything is managed through the free GreenGate app. Messages, maintenance requests, gym bookings amongst many other things are all done through the app. Simple and convenient. Does the job. I have rented in many places around the country in my life and the GreenGate experience has been my best by far.”

“Lovely stay at this gorgeous flat Me and my friends stayed there for nearly 3 weeks, the flat is very clean and tidy , with beautiful furniture and equipped with all the necessary utensils. Great views and all the shops were nearby Tesco extra is a 4 min walk from the building . We were delighted to stay there, I would highly recommend this place especially to those attending Samson’s course as its just next to the academy. The host “Abu kar” was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with and available to help with anything.”
