"Can’t thank Lucan enough, just bought a puppy and came in to buy some stuff. Lucan came over and asked if we’re okay, he mentioned about the pets at home app which He helped me sign up to and showed me all my vouchers including 20% off my whole shop and 50% of the bag of dog food i had in my basket. I think Lucan saved me about 40 pounds which I’m so grateful for. Will 100% be coming back to this pets at home."

We were so impressed that we asked to speak to a manager to tell him what a great job he was doing! "Like with most Pets at Home stores, they carry a wide variety of pet supplies. The animals in the store always look well kept when I've looked, although, there have been a couple of times over the past few years where there have been a few dead fish in the tanks (but this could be age related). There are no vets or groomers at this store which is a shame as I think pet owners in the area would use them. Staff are always helpful and friendly. I don't know about their knowledge of animals though as I haven't needed to ask anyone for help with any pets to this date."

"I went to pick up my click and collect parcel today as had email that it was available to collect since 14th November. My parcel could not be found instore by staff. Ordered from amazon instead as they are quite good at the pay money.. receive item business."
