"I had to do a review after an encounter with a customer today. I was waiting in line when there was a customer far in front of me already checking out. She proceeds to turn around & give me a nasty look twice as if I know her or did something to her. I had to laugh & ask her if she was okay. She was "wondering" why I asked her that. I told her because she's looking at me. If you're going to stare someone you don't know down then at least have the common sense to speak or smile.There is a black woman of age that works the register that decides to laugh with the customer. This is the same cashier who has a horrible demeanor & attitude. She exudes nastiness & clearly needs to be trained in both customer service & professionalism because hers is more than lacking. But if it hasn't happened by now then it likely never will. I found it ironic that she had the audacity to laugh, but then again they are both bred from the same cloth so not so much. One thing I have learned in life is people who are miserable with their lives, jobs & otherwise will find any reason to be hateful towards others. It could be for any reason, because you're a happy person, or good looking, or dress nice, etc. Anything they don't have, they'll hate you for it. I'll definitely continue to visit as I like the store, they just need to be mindful of who they have at the register interacting with customers. She is not it."
