"Customers often disrespectful to the store and cashiers, they take clothes and leave them over the place making management accuse their workers of being lazy, yet they’re understaffed for such a huge store! Toxic back room work environment between some of the workers, gossiping, bullying racism, and even contact that was “dismissed as an accident” with those they don’t get along with. Since the old manager Garcia retired and Rhonda stepped away the back room this activity has increased, no one gets a raise after months and years of working, shifts begin earlier and are longer with work overload with a shortage of staff often having full time workers work overtime and part time workers work 40+hours violating their position as a part timer without the benefits of a full time worker. The manager that took over Tremaine /Trumaine however you spell it, is incompetent and never checks the cameras to see the toxic work environment happening back there, they even lie and point the finger at innocent workers falsely accusing them and her incompetence doesn’t allow her to actually get facts over false multiple accusations, ganging up like a pair of vultures on workers and they conspire against those they dislike for whatever reason and the manager eats it up without proof just word of mouth. If this new manager checked cameras and was more aware and less worried about her bonus and abusing her power as a manager while going on a power trip like some tyrant, maybe they’d find out why the store is missing inventory and so many workers in front of the floor and back room leave after years of being committed to that job. Many times when shopping I’ve seen the two security guards goofing off, chatting and laughing instead of checking tickets, the store accuses workers instead of seeing they’re getting robbed out in the open by their own customers, and corporate blames their workers because they obviously believe they have the best security guards doing their job in Louisiana. Try gathering video proof of the crimes instead of taking pictures of your own workers purchasing merchandise and accusing them as stealing! Also arresting your own employees who ended up being innocent isn’t a good look, maybe find proof before you ruin a poor workers resume! Oh and clean that bathroom it’s repulsive, just cause your house smells like that doesn’t mean your workplace should have to smell like that! They’re lucky they haven’t had a law suit since many of their workers have issues with the language barrier are middle age or just students trying to make a living who don’t have the funds to take them to court over their negligence. Stop accusing your innocent workers of stealing without video proof! Some of them actually use their paycheck to buy stuff from your poorly managed, under staffed store that smells like piss and has the security guards getting paychecks for just standing around goofing around and incompetent management who could care less about the individual and only about their work."

"Me and my family won't be going back. Filled a cart with items and as the woman is checking us out she's throwing half the things we grabbed behind the counter saying she won't sell them to us because they're "defective." I'm sorry I thought we were at the Maxx not at saks fifth. The fact that something is weird about it is how it got in this store in the first place. What a waste of time this place has turned into. If I'm willing to purchase items at a no refund merchant then I should be able to buy what's on the shelves. There just isn't a version of this trip that makes any sense. So they can have their snooty employees and broken junk. I'll just start getting my knick knacks at social concerns. It's more or less the same quality anyway."
