"I went to the store looking for an upright freezer. The salesperson took me to some on display. She was very helpful and not pushy at all. I would have purchased it, but another store had the same model for a lesser price. Not sure how other items compare to other stores, but I would definitely check out this store with its inventory."
"Purchased a sectional and a dining room table from here during Covid. The chairs to the dining room table were falling apart as the guys were setting them up. Now, a couple years later, my back hurts anytime I sit on the sectional. You couldn’t pay me enough to ever set foot back in this place."
"I will never ever in life buy furniture from here again. Both delivery times came with broken furniture. I’ve had them come out 3 weeks in a row Nobody at customer service can ever help me (don’t speak good English). I don’t have time to keep sitting home waiting for them. Bad business and customer service across the board"
"The store itself and its staff were outstanding! I was greeted and assisted so well that I was able to make a decision, get feedback and guidance, and make a purchase on the same day as entry. My only dilemma with my experience was the disconnect between the delivery team and the store. There was a lack of communication between the two parties, that led to a miscommunication to me as the customer. I believe the two partners should work on their system together to be more efficient. Both sets of employees were swift, knowledgeable, respectful, and efficient. I just hope for a better team system for them for better reviews to appear in the future. My experience doesn’t deter me from recommending Conn’s or shopping again in the future, but it is something that will be in mind when purchasing."
