"I love Five Below in general. But this specific one has exceptional customer service! I bought a huge outdoor chess set for my kids. But when we opened it at home one pawn was missing. Few days later I stopped by the store and explain the problem. It was a super nice lady helped me out, she opened another set and gave me my pawn. Wonderful customer service! I highly recommend this Five Below!!!"
