“Fantastic little shop on the quieter side of the broadway, i found parking on one of the many side streets, having been referred by a friend of the family I had a men’s facial, it was an absolute treat, my skin has never felt so fresh, years have been taken off me, the vitamin injections were definitely needed as we approach the new year, the staff were welcoming, friendly and genuine, they talked me through the differing options available for men as this was my first time, I have rebooked for further treatments in the new year, thank you LAB!”

“Exceptional service at the highest levels befitting of London and the Four Seasons brand. The resort took the time to know our family. Thus upon arrival we were greeted in our room with locally sourced chocolates, treats, and a British teddy bear for our child. This was wonderful after a long flight from the US. The suite was grandiose and spacious from top to bottom, this is impressive considering it's a modernized classic building in the middle of one of the most congested global cities. The same can be said about the spa and pool, truly a gem within the city. What they have done with the building is an architectural marvel, check out the mini replica in the foyer. The concierge desk was amazing, obtaining a table for us with no notice at their 2 star Michelin restaurant and retrieving a lost item after departure. The service put the experience over the edge. Only the best and brightest work here, and it's easy to tell, from the doorman to the dining room. Finally, the special attention to our child from all the staff was remarkable and thoughtful. This is how a luxury resort should operate, bravo!”

The staff were super friendly and the service was great - there was a great selection of sandwiches, pastries, scones, cakes and puddings and we were thoroughly stuffed afterwards. “Super Hotel, amazing staff, best location ! We were there for 7 nights with a family of 5 so we booked 2 rooms. The hotel is easily accessible from Waterloo underground or Waterloo train station. The entrance & lobby are spotless and spacious. The front desk staff are amazing, thank you Ana and Francesca for all your help ! The rooms were really spacious, comfortable, clean, and all the fittings were in good working order. With a large selection of TV channels and a kettle, tea, coffee, and biscuits, just right for a quick relax. The breakfast was amazing with something for everyone, whether you like a full English breakfast or something more "continental", it's all there. I used the workout room nearly everyday, it's well stocked with enough equipment to easily work off those extra breakfast calories. The concierge service was very useful and the people there were wonderfully helpful. I had some packages delivered there prior to our arrival, stored luggage there and booked a car to take us back to the airport. Thank you ! All in all we would love to come back to this wonderful hotel. If you are in London and looking a great hotel in a perfect location, this is the one for you.”

“Had an amazing dinner at the restaurant here, truly lovely experience. We were well looked after by Laura C and had a beautiful menu put together by Sandi R. I don't remember the names of everything, but the caviar tacos were amazing, and the salmon. The tuna nigiri was so beautiful. Definitely recommend for a lovely dinner experience.”

“We loved our recent stay! We went as a last minute long weekend trip and arrived later than usual due to a flight delay. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. As a diamond member, I was upgraded automatically; however, the staff further upgraded us to the Park Lane Suite which was excellent and bigger than most NYC apartments. Alisha was excellent and even arranged to have distilled water sent to the room for my husband’s cpap machine. Breakfast had a decent spread with the buffet and with the possibility of ordering hot foods and the service was excellent. We used the executive lounge a few times which is one of the nicest and cleanest I have been to compared to other properties. We had drinks at the Sky bar which had a nice view. The location is excellent. Black cabs are waiting outside so it is easy to get around and walking around Mayfair at night was lovely. Overall, we had a great experience and I am happy I chose this hotel (I did tons of research prior to booking).”

“Did eyelash extensions and ombré nail couple of weeks ago, the eyelash stays well and looks quite natural which was desired, saved me a lot time on morning makeup. Beauty specialist named ‘ Apple’ was very nice, I walked in on the day when they almost finished work, but explained that I was about to go on holiday so desperately to get eyelash and nails done. She was so kind to work overtime and was very patient, didn’t rush the job but did with intensively to details. The nails still smooth and shine and the eyelash stays well too although I didn’t pay extra care about it. The price was reasonable too, she charged me at normal fees despite I was offering to pay extra for her overtime work. Definitely will visit again. 5 starts services to Apple”

Both me and my husband's therapist were amazing, we felt so relaxed after the treatment that we purchased the massage packages which they offer. I also got my gel manicure done as they offered vegan gel polish. Overall a very calming and relaxing experience. Thank you Voltas!”

“Stayed here whilst working nearby. Hotel has a very grand entrance/foyer. Room was fairly spacious and had everything we needed. Was a bit of a maze in the hotel, with lots of corridors. I went for a bit of a wander and there are lots of function rooms situated to the top of the hotel. When we stayed it was quiet so we had a good nights sleep. Staff were friendly and helped when our key card stopped working.”

“The best place to have a manicure and pedicure around. They are so professional and the venue is clean and cared for. Who doesn’t love a pedicure with hot lemon towel wraps (as standard!). Great attention to detail and never rushed even when they are super busy! The bad reviews on here are from a previous ownership 2 years ago. It seems really unfair that these are still on google...”

The spa area and treatment was great. As for the evening meal me and the wife both agreed this was one of the best meals we had ever had , fantastic.
