"Very nice personal, location is great but make sure you have the river side. Facilities at the hotel are awesome, gym fully equipped and spa en swimming pool and sauna, good breakfast and great vibe. Rooms are somewhat small especially the shower/ bath. But overall very good place too stay for a few days."

"I booked a last minute festive afternoon tea at the Runnymede and am so glad I did! We've never been to the Runnymede before, despite living fairly locally and were very impressed with everything, from the parking, décor, cleanliness & facilities. The service was second to none, we felt exceptionally well looked after and the food was superb; genuinely the best afternoon tea I think I've ever had! I can highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly be returning."

"Amazing hotel. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Had a river view which was very calming and beautiful. Evening buffet had lots of choice and staff were very attentive and polite. Celebrating my Birthday and was surprised by a dessert and Birthday candle, lovely touch. Good quality breakfast. Will definitely stay again"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Runnymede. It was super clean, the facilities were excellent and the staff were really lovely. They even left a sweet little treat for me in my room along with a birthday card! Very thoughtful. Nonetheless in the future I'd steer clear of ordering any room service as the quality of the food was absolutely unbelievably abysmal. It was so bad that we called to complain and asked for them to make it again but it was still horrible and inedible! 5 stars for the room, spa, staff and breakfast. 0 stars for room service!"
