"A skip away from Earls court tube. The service was amazing. The staff are gorgeously lovely and went out of their way to help us. We will definitely be staying again. I've taken a star off rooms as we wanted a twin. This we had but with only an inch gap between beds. Not comfortable for my teen son. But sortable with a few extra pillows. The WiFi wasn't great but usable. However, they were extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing and the facilities were top notch. A good hairdryer is important to me. It was excellent."

"A wonderful hotel reasonably priced in a nice, quiet location. Very close to Earl's Court tube station which made it easy to get around the city. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was small but clean and modern. We were very satisfied with our stay!"

"Excellent service, location and very clean, high rooms with high quality furnishings. The room we had was quite "compact" but this is central London and it had all we needed. Only reason it isnt five stars is that walls could be a little thicker. Neighbours were well behaved but you tend to hear steps or music, TV etc."

"I have a split opinion of this hotel. We were put in a downstairs room which was like a dungeon. The window was 10ft up, dirty and let in virtually no light. The lights in the room didn't work that well so it was very dark. The bed was pushed up against a wall so you could only get out one side. The sheets didn't fit the bed, the quilt was a single in a queen size cover, only one side could be warm! The shower flooded and the towels were dirty. We moved to a high floor after 2 nights to a nice room with a nice bathroom and window. The towels were still dirty! The reception staff were always helpful but housekeeping don't seem to understand that storing mattresses against a fire hose in a high floor is illegal and is a major risk to life. I did report this. Choose another hotel."
