“I've been in Intimissimi westfield shopping center today and was very nice to find out such a nice brand like this. Quality and customer service first of all. They greet me with smiling eyes and a lady was helping me to find a perfect set. I wanted an everyday bra and comfy panties, they also have a lot of offerts. They sell proper silk lingerie, which is very hard to find at good price and a lot of comfortable material. Must note it’s the first time any of their clothes cause me any trouble with quality.Took them to the store and were replaced immediately. “Went into the store on the 24/11 to get a suit and shirt for my son’s wedding, I never normally wear a suit. I was served by Chris R, I could not fault him, great customer service. He took a great deal of time making sure I got a jacket that fitted properly (different size than I would have got, he explained how people get the wrong size), I was in-between waist size for the trousers, so he arranged for them to be adjusted by them, they have just arrived at my home and fit perfectly. He also knew what size shirt I needed, and I tried on one to make sure, I have short arms and have never had a shirt that was not too long in the sleeve before, he suggested the colour which I would have picked and finally we decided on a tie to match the suit and shirt. I think he was trying to wind me up, have a bit of fun, with a suggestion of a bright orange tie. 10 out of 10 for Chris’s service and knowledge.”
